摘要
统计过程控制(SPC)是现代制造业产品质量管理五大工具之一,在产线质量控制活动中占有重要位置。阐述了统计过程控制的基本原理,并结合GB/T 4091-2001、ISO/TS 16949等标准,开发了基于Matlab GUI的SPC软件。该软件实现了控制图绘制、过程能力指数计算、过程异常判别及过程能力判别的自动化,并能自动生成分析报告,提高了实用性。经过国标数据测试及实际锥面活塞环锥度数据测试,该软件稳定易用。
SPC（Statistical Process Control） is one of the five quality management tools in manufacturing industry,and is quite important in the field of quality management.This paper shows the principle of SPC,and develops SPC software based on Matlab GUI,with GB/T 4091-2001 and ISO/TS16949.This software makes control chart＇s drawing,process capability index＇s calculation,process anomalies＇ distinguishing,process capability＇s distinguishing and analysis report＇s generating automatic,and it＇s useful.This software is stable and convenient,which is proved by the national standard.
