摘要
随着国民经济的高速发展,汽车数量的迅速增加,城市里停车难的问题越来越严重。设计一种基于PLC的七车位升降横移式立体车库,对其机械结构与控制系统进行了研究与设计,通过PLC完成对整个系统的电气控制,通过变频器完成对升降横移速度的控制,通过触摸屏完成车主对立体车库车辆存取的操作,同时增加了软硬件安全防护措施。该系统具有节省空间、结构简单、成本较低、操作方便、安全可靠等优点,可有效缓解城市中日益增长的停车需求。
In this paper,a kind of three-dimensional garage with seven parking spaces is designed based on PLC.The mechanical structure and control system are studied and designed.The electrical control of the whole system is completed through PLC,and the speed of the lift is controlled by frequency converter.Through the touch screen to complete the owner of three-dimensional garage vehicle access operation,while adding software and hardware security measures.The system has the advantages of saving space,simple structure, low cost,convenient operation,safety and reliability.
