摘要
针对火力发电厂脱硫系统除雾器差压测量进行研究并提出优化设计方案。石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统吸收塔除雾器差压测量是在复杂的工况下进行的,实际运行中,大多采用差压变送器进行差压测量,运行过程中经常出现因除雾器差压测点取样口堵塞造成除雾器差压指示失真。提出的优化设计方案采用加装吹扫装置,在解决堵塞的前提下,使测量精度满足工艺要求,保证除雾器长期稳定运行。
This paper studies the differential pressure measurement of demister in thermal power plant desulphurization system and proposes an optimized design plan.The differential pressure measurement of the absorber demister in the limestone gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system is carried out in complex conditions.The differential pressure transmitter is mostly used for differential pressure measurement,.The differential pressure indicator distortion often occurs in the operation process because of the blockage of the sampling port of the differential pressure measuring point of the demister.
