摘要
塔山矿特厚煤层综放工作面受高强度开采和坚硬顶板跨落复合作用,瓦斯涌出量大。通过分析瓦斯涌出规律与顶板周期来压关系,调查影响瓦斯涌出增大的因素,研究工作面前方煤体在矿压作用下的破裂与瓦斯渗流特征,确定了工作面煤体卸压区范围。阐述了综放工作面分别应用顶抽巷和地面垂直钻井瓦斯抽放技术方法,有效地控制了采空区瓦斯的大量涌出,保障了工作面安全生产。
The fully mechanized mining working face of the extra-thick coal seam in Tashan Mine is affected by high-strength mining and hard roof fall, and the gas emission is large. By analyzing the relationship between gas emission law and roof cycle pressure, the factors affecting the increase of gas emission are investigated, and the fi'acture and gas seepage characteristics of coal body under the action of mine pressure before the working face are studied, and the range of the coal body pressure relief zone is determined. The technology of top drainage and ground vertical drilling gas drainage is applied in the fully mechanized mining working face, which effectively controls the large amount of gas in the goaf and ensures the safe production of the working face
