摘要 肌内脂肪沉积是提高牛肉性状的一个关键方向,本文将通过对与脂质代谢相关的ACLY、MTHFR、CRTC3和GHSR四个相关候选基因现状进行综述,以期对本土优秀牛种的选育和保种提供一些新的思路和参考,为提高地方牛中的竞争力提供一些新思路.其中通过遗传育种的方式来增加肉中脂肪的含量具有一定的生物学意义和现实应用前景及价值.在解决肉牛养殖和遗传育种方面具有一定的现实意义. Intramuscular fat deposition is one of the key directions to improve beef traits. The current status of four candidate genes related to lipid metabolism of ACLY、MTHFR、CRTC3 were reviewed to provide new ideas and reference for the breeding and conservation of excellent cattle breeds,thereby improving competitiveness of local cattle. It is of certain biological significance,practical application and value to increase the fat content in meat by genetic breeding.
