摘要
课堂教学是保证与提供优质高职教育质量的关键环节。本文分析传统的课堂教学评价在评价主体、评价内容、评价结果应用等方面存在的弊端,剖析高职院校课堂教学诊断与改进的内涵,从教师角色的变化、态度的变化、能力的变化这三个方面探讨高职院校课堂教学诊断与改进的价值,旨在推进教师的专业化发展的同时,真正提升高职院校课堂教学质量。
Classroom teaching is the key to the guarantee of improving vocational education quality. The paper ana-lyzes the disadvantages of traditional classroom teaching evaluation in the evaluation subject, evaluation contents and evaluation result, and expounds the connotation and value of classroom teaching diagnosis and improvement from the as-pects of teacher' s role change, teacher' s attitude change and teacher' s ability improvement, tending to promote the teacher' s professional development and enhance classroom teaching quality in vocational colleges.
