摘要
高职院校学生在就业过程中出现了"两头热,中间冷"的现象,反映了就业价值观已然成为制约学生就业的关键因素,这就要求:一方面要重新审视就业价值观对就业的影响机制,即从学生的就业目标、就业心态和就业行为上分析就业价值观存在的问题及其原因;另一方面要重新审视就业价值观的培育主体及其功能,即高校要承担起育人的功能,通过实践育人、服务育人和文化育人,引导学生形成正确的就业价值观。
There, appears a phenomenon of "hot at both end, cold in the nfiddle" in the employment of vocation-al college graduates which reveals a fact that vocational college students' employment value has become the key factor to restrict their employment. The paper contends that vocational colleges, on the one hand, should reexamine the influ-ential factors of students' employment value, i.e. analyze the problems from students' employment targets, employ-ment psychology and employment behavior and find reasons while on the other hand, reexamine the cultivating subject of employment value and function, i.e. vocational colleges will have to perform their guiding role and instruct students to form correct employment value from practical, service and cultural guidance.
