学前教育专业毕业生求职心理分析与培养模式创新

Analysis of College Graduates' Job-seeking Psychology of Pre-school Education Specialty and Cultivation Model Innovation

本文通过对某职业技术学院2018届学前教育毕业生的跟踪调查,理性分析毕业生求职、应聘心理及入职后的就业现状,有针对性、系统性地提出应对策略,提出在课程体系、实践教学、职业生涯规划、自我与专业认同感培养方面进行改革与创新,以适应社会对学前教育专业发展的新要求。

The paper investigates the graduates of one vocational college of pre-school education specialty in their employment and application psychology and their working status after employment. Based on the analysis, the author pro-vides some measures to overcome college graduates＇ incorrect employment ideas and proposes that colleges will reform their curriculum, practical teaching and career planning instruction to adapt to the new social requirement to pre-school education specialty.
