摘要 以硝酸镉和硫脲为原料,二乙醇胺为模板剂,采用水热合成法制备了CdS纳米微粒.用XRD、SEM、TEM等方法对催化剂的结构与形貌进行了表征,表明制备的纳米CdS均为纯的六方晶相结构;并通过BET法测定了其比表面积.以甲基橙的降解为模型反应,研究了纳米CdS的光催化活性,实验结果表明,水热120℃、晶化18 h条件下制备的CdS纳米微粒的光催化活性最好,对甲基橙的降解率达到80%. The CdS nanoparticles were prepared by a hydrothermal method using cadmium nitrate and thiourea asinitiating reactant and diethanol amine as template. The structures and morphology of the catalyst were characterized by XRD, TEM and SEM. All of the prepared nanocrystalline CdS had a pure hexagonal phase structure. The specific surface area was determined through the BET method. The photocatalytic activity of CdS nanoparticles wasstudied by adopting the degradation of methyl orange as the model reaction. That CdS nanoparticles were preparedat a chemical reaction temperature of 120 ℃, reaction time of 18 h which had the best photocatalytic activities.Methyl orange decomposition rate reached 80%.
