氮、磷、钾肥对NaCl胁迫下通草1号虉草生长的影响 被引量:2

Effects of NPK Fertilizer on the Growth of Reed Canary Grass Tongcao No.1 under Na Cl Stress

摘要 采用盆栽试验方法探讨了NaCl胁迫下虉草地上和地下生长对氮、磷、钾肥的响应,为退化盐碱地虉草高产栽培提供理论依据.结果表明,氮、磷、钾肥均能促进盐胁迫下(300 mmol·L-1NaCl)虉草地上和地下生长,且氮肥效应>钾肥效应>磷肥效应.最佳施肥组合为N_3P_2K_2(N 120 kg·hm-2,K_2O 80 kg·hm-2,P2O560 kg·hm-2),其次是N_2K_3P_2组合(N 80 kg·hm-2,K_2O 120 kg·hm-2,P2O560 kg·hm-2),这两个组合各项生长指标显著高于N0P_0K0、N0P_2K_2、N2P_0K_2和N2P2K0组合. A pot experiment was used to investigate the response of aboveground and underground growth of reedcanary grass to N,P and K fertilizers under NaCl stress,which provided a theoretical basis for the high-yield cultivation of reed canary grass in the degraded saline-alkali land. Nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizerspromoted the aboveground and underground growth of reed canary grass under salt stress(300 mmol·L-1 NaCl),and the effect of nitrogen fertilizer 〉 potassium 〉 phosphorus fertilizer. The best fertilization combination was N3P2K2(N 120 kg·hm-2,K2O 80 kg·hm-2,P2O5 60 kg·hm-2),followed by the N2K3P2 combination(N 80 kg·hm-2,K2O 120 kg·hm-2,P2O5 60 kg·hm-2). The growth indexes of these two combinations were significantly higher than that of N0P0K0,N0P2K2,N2P0K2 and N2P2K0 combinations.
