LP-PLA2及LDL-C水平与2型糖尿病并发血管病变的相关性研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的通过检测2型糖尿病(T2DM)并发血管病变患者血清脂蛋白磷脂酶A2(LP-PLA2)与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,探讨其在糖尿病血管并发症发病过程中的作用。方法选取2016年2月至2017年4月在该院内分泌科门诊和住院诊断为T2DM的患者50例,其中单纯T2DM组25例,T2DM合并血管病变组25例。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清LP-PLA2水平;通过全自动生化仪检测血清LDL-C水平。结果与单纯T2DM组[(140.75±32.52)μg/L]相比,T2DM并发血管病变组患者LP-PLA2水平[(171.45±43.67)μg/L]明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与单纯T2DM组[(2.78±0.43)mmol/L]相比,T2DM并发血管病变组LDL-C水平[(3.04±0.25)mmol/L]明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T2DM并发血管病变患者血清LP-PLA2水平与血清LDL-C呈正相关(r=0.473 5,P=0.034 9)。结论 T2DM并发血管病变患者外周血LP-PLA2和LDL-C水平升高可能在该病中发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。 Objective To explore the role of lipoprotein phospholipase A2(LP-PLA2)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM)complicating vasculopathy by detecting the levels of serum LP-PLA2 and LDL-C in the patients with diagnosed T2 DM complicating vasculopathy.Methods Fifty outpatients and inpatients with T2 DM in the endocrinology department of this hospital from February 2016 to April 2017 were selected,including 25 cases in the simple T2 DM group and 25 cases in the T2 DM complicating vasculopathy group.The level of serum LP-PLA2 was detected by adopting the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The level of serum LDL-C was detected by the automatic biochemical analyzer.Results Compared with the simple T2 DM group,the level of LP-PLA2 in T2 DM complicating vasculopathy group was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant[(140.75±32.52)μg/L vs.(171.45±43.67)μg/L,P〈0.05].The levels of LDL-C in the T2 DM complicating vasculopathy group was significantly higher than that of the simple T2 DM group,the difference was statistically significant[(3.04±0.25)mmol/Lvs.(2.78±0.43)mmol/L,P〈0.05].The serum levels of LP-PLA2 was positively correlated with serum LDL-C level in the patients with T2 DM complicating vasculopathy(r=0.473 5,P=0.034 9).Conclusion The increase of peripheral blood LP-PLA2 and LDL-C in the patients with T2 DM complicating vasculopathy may play an important role in its pathogenesis.
