摘要
开展现代学徒制人才培养是解决广西茶类企业人才缺乏的一个重要途径。为提高人才培养成效,广西茶业职教集团集聚集团内院校和企业资源,以"六双""七共"为内涵要求,联合多个茶类企业实施"一徒多师,逐轮提升"的现代学徒制人才培养模式,探讨茶类专业现代学徒制人才培养的新思路和新模式。
To tea enterprises in Guangxi,carrying out the modern apprenticeship personnel training is an important means of solving the lack of talents. To improve the personnel training result,schools and enterprises in Guangxi Tea Industry Vocational Education Group,together with many tea enterprises,implement the modern apprenticeship personnel training mode "one apprentice corresponding to multiple master workers for rounds of promotion"and discuss the new thinking and mode of modern apprenticeship personnel training in the tea specialty,according to the"six PAIRs"and"seven TOGETHERs"connotation requirements.
