社团活动对高职学生就业能力影响因素分析

Factor Analysis of the Effect of Club Activities on Higher Vocational School Students' Employability

社团是高职学生素质提升的重要平台,通过问卷调查,运用SPSS17.0软件,分析高职学生参加社团活动动机、频率、年限、数量,以及在社团所处身份等因素对就业能力提升的具体影响。在此基础上,提出明确社团活动对高职学生就业的促进作用、构建满足高职学生就业能力提升需求的社团平台、丰富高职学生社团活动参与形式等建议,最大限度发挥社团活动提升就业能力的功能。

Clubs are an important platform of quality promotion to higher vocational school students. Through questionnaire survey,we analyzed the specific effect of the motivation,frequency,period,quantity,status of higher vocational school students participating in club activities on employability improvement by using SPSS17.0 software. On this basis,we give the following advices to maximize the role of club activities in improving the employability：First,deepen awareness. Clarify the promotion effect of club activities on higher vocational school students＇ employment. Second,explore connotation. Build a club platform satisfying higher vocational school students＇ need to improve the employability. Third,broaden ways. Enrich the forms of higher vocational school students＇ participation in club activities.
