摘要 在国家推动高职教育内涵发展的背景下,加强高职校园文化体系构建,发挥文化育人的隐性功能,对于促进高职院校转型内涵发展、实现德才兼备人才培养目标及文化传承发展等方面,有着十分重要的理论与现实意义。通过解读高职校园文化的理论内涵,分析高职校园文化建设存在的问题及结症原因所在,提出构建新时期高职校园文化体系的主要对策,以期理清建设思路,提高建设效率,服务高职教育内涵发展。 On the background of country-driving connotative development of higher vocational education,consolidating the establishment of higher vocational school culture system and giving play to the latent function of culture in educating people is of great importance,both in theory and in practice,to many things(such as facilitating the connotative development of higher vocational school transformation;training talents with both integrity and ability;cultural inheritance). From the interpretation of higher vocational school culture connotation,we found the following problems existing in the cultural construction of higher vocational schools:spiritual culture construction separated from the global work;knowledge separated from culture;culture construction separated from education;weakened education function of culture. Therefore,we build the school culture system starting with"five dimensions"(system,spirit,behavior,material,innovation).
