社区护士糖尿病管理和实践能力现状调查

Investigation on the status quo of diabetes management and practice ability of community nurses

目的 :了解社区护士的糖尿病管理能力,为提升社区护士护理实践能力的整体水平提供依据。方法 :于2017年11月采用自行设计的社区糖尿病管理能力调查问卷对徐汇区13家社区卫生服务中心的398名社区护士进行问卷调查,调查内容包括护士基本情况、糖尿病知识、社区护理实践、糖尿病管理运动指导和饮食指导等内容,共发放问卷398份,回收390份。结果 :糖尿病知识平均得分为(33.16±6.48)分,不同职称、职务和科室的社区护士糖尿病知识得分差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01);护理实践平均得分为(4.24±1.19)分,不同年龄段和科室的社区护士护理实践得分差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);运动指导平均得分为(31.31±10.77)分,饮食指导平均得分为(28.75±9.80)分,不同科室的护士在运动、饮食指导方面得分差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论:徐汇区社区护士糖尿病知识有所欠缺,青年和病房护士的护理实践能力有待提升,应加强知识培训、健康指导意识培养和护理实践训练,有助于提升社区护士的糖尿病管理能力。

Objective： To investigate the diabetes management ability of community nurses to provide evidence for improving the overall level of nursing practice ability of community nurses. Methods： In November 2017, 398 community nurses from 13 community health service centers in Xuhui District were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire on diabetes management ability, and the survey included the basic situation of nurses, diabetes knowledge, community nursing practice, diabetes management exercise guidance and dietary guidance. A total of 398 questionnaires were distributed and 390 were recovered. Results： The average score of diabetes knowledge was （33.16±6.48）, and the diference of diabetes knowledge scores among community nurses with diferent professional titles, positions and departments was statistically signifcant（P〈0.01）. The average score of nursing practice was （4.24±1.19）. The scores of nursing practice of community nurses in diferent age groups and departments were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The average score of exercise guidance was （31.31 ± 10.77） and that of diet guidance was （28.75±9.80）. The scores of nurses in diferent departments in sports and diet guidance were statistically signifcant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： There is a lack of diabetes knowledge among community nurses in Xuhui District, the nursing practice ability of young and ward nurses needs to be improved, and knowledge training, health coaching awareness training and nursing practice training should be strengthened to help improve the diabetes management ability of community nurses.
