银杏叶提取物的免疫调节作用研究

Study on the immunomodulation of extracts of ginkgo biloba leaves

目的研究银杏叶提取物对免疫功能低下小鼠免疫系统的调节作用。方法分别建立由环磷酰胺诱导的小鼠免疫功能低下碳粒廓清模型、溶血素抗体生成模型和迟发型超敏反应模型,观察银杏叶提取物对免疫功能低下小鼠的κ值、α值、HC50值和耳肿胀度的影响。结果银杏叶提取物40、20 mg/kg组小鼠的κ值(0.090±0.021、0.083±0.024)、α值(6.23±0.55、6.11±0.55)、HC50值(162.7±62.5、148.1±56.3)及耳肿胀程度[(17.1±6.8)、(14.5±5.2) mg]高于模型对照组[0.072±0.013,5.52±0.62,95.4±38.9,(9.0±3.5) mg],差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01或P <0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物可显著提升环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下小鼠的免疫能力,对特异性和非特异性免疫功能均具有较好的调节作用。

Objective To explore the effect of extracts of ginkgo biloba leaves on immunological function in mice of low immunization. Methods The model of the carbon clearance rate of charcoal particles, the production of the hemolysin immunized with SRBC and the delayed hypersensitivity reaction induced by DNCB were established. The effects of extracts of ginkgo biloba leaves on κ and α values,HC50 and ear swelling were observed. Results The levels of κ （0.090±0.021 and0.083±0.024）,α（6. 23±0.55 and 6. 11 ±0.55） and HC50 （162.7±62.5 and 148.1 ±56. 3） in extracts of ginkgo biloba leaves 40 and 20 mg/kg groups were higher than those in model control group （0.072 ±0.013, 5.52 ±0.62 and95.4±38.9）, and the swelling degree of ears [（17.1 ±6.8） and （14.5 ±5.2） mg ]was also higher than that in control group [ （9. 0± 3.5 ） mg ] , there being significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Extracts of ginkgo biloba leaves can improve the immunological function effectively and regulate the specific and non-specific immune functions in mice induced by cyclophosphamide.
