老年精神障碍患者服用喹硫平的疗效、不良反应及药物浓度的相关性研究

Relationship among plasma concentration, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of quetiapine in the treatment of elderly patients with mental disorders

目的探讨喹硫平对老年精神障碍患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择我院2017年1-12月收治的老年精神障碍患者,在自然状态下对患者进行为期8周的治疗观察,采用神经精神科问卷、临床疗效总评量表评定其疗效,分析患者的血药浓度、疗效及不良反应。结果喹硫平血药浓度与年龄、性别、病程无明显相关性;患者治疗第8周的NPI、CGI-SI评分较第4周降低,第4周CGI-GI评分低于第2周(P <0.05)。结论喹硫平可有效治疗老年精神障碍患者,不良反应较少,年龄、性别、病程与血药浓度无明显相关性。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of quetiapine in the treatment of elderly patients with mental disorders. Methods The elderly patients with mental disorders admitted to our hospital from January to December 2017 were treated with quetiapine for 8 weeks in natural state. The therapeutic effect was assessed by Neuropsychiatric Inventory（NPI） and Clinical Global Impression（CGI） ,and the plasma concentration,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were analyzed. Results There was no significant correlation between the concentration of quetiapine and the age,sex and course of disease. The NPI and CGI-SI score of patients at the 8th week was lower than that at the 4th week. Compared with the 2nd week,the CGI-GI score was lower at the 4th week. Conclusion Quetiapine is effective for elderly patients with mental disorders with fewer adverse reactions. Age, sex and course of the disease have no significant correlations with the serum concentration.
