摘要 目的采用星点设计-效应面法优化清石颗粒的醇提工艺。方法以乙醇浓度、溶剂用量、提取时间为考察因素,以出膏率、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量的总评归一值为评价指标,对各因素水平进行多元线性回归和二项式拟合,采用效应面法优选醇提工艺参数,并进行验证试验。结果最佳醇提工艺为7倍量75%乙醇回流提取90 min。验证试验实测值与预测值的偏差为-0.00 894%。结论星点设计-效应面法优化的清石颗粒醇提工艺简便,精确度较高,预测性良好,合理可行。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of Qingshi granule by central composite design-response surface method. Methods Central composite design-response surface method was used to optimize the extraction technology and validate test, with ethanol concentration, the amount of solvent and extraction time as the main factors and with normalized value of the contents of magnolol and honokiol and the yield of dry extract as the indexes to make each level of factors fitted by multiple-linear regression and binomial formula. Results The optimal extraction process was to extract with 7-fold amount of 75% ethanol for 90 rain. The deviation of measured value and predicted value was -0. 00 894% in validation test. Conclusion It is simple,reasonable and practicable to optimize the extraction technique for Qingshi granule by central composite design-response surface method.
