结直肠癌相关危险因素研究进展

Research progress on risk factors for colorectal cancer

结直肠癌(Colorectal cancer,CRC)是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率和死亡率均居恶性肿瘤前列,成为严重威胁人类身心健康的恶性疾病。研究结直肠癌相关危险因素可为结直肠癌的预防、治疗及促进康复提供一定的理论依据。本文综合国内外现有研究报道,对结直肠癌的相关危险因素进行综述。

Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the digestive tract. The morbidity and mortality of colorectal cancer are among the highest in malignant tumors, which has become a serious threat to human physical and mental health. The study on the risk factors of colorectal cancer can provide a theoretical basis for the prevention,treatment and rehabilitation of colorectal cancer. This paper reviews the risk factors related to colorectal cancer by analyzing existing research reports at home and abroad.
