Research and Development of GIS Software for Land Survey Based on Android

在国土调查工作中,想要实现土地资源的有效管理,要随时随地完成土地利用情况的快速、准确查询。为此,对基于Android的国土调查GIS软件研发问题展开研究,结合软件研发需求明确软件设计目标,将Android智能手机平台作为软件运行平台,采用卫星定位技术和3G网络与内业GIS服务器连接,实现国土资源数据信息的采集、显示、编辑、存储等操作,完成了数据实时更新,以满足国土调查业务开展要求。

In order to realize the effective management of land resources in land survey work, it is necessary to complete the rapid and accurate inquiry of land use situation at any time and anywhere. Based on this understanding, this paper studies the research and development of land survey GIS software based on Android, defines the software design objectives according to the software development needs, takes Android smart phone platform as the software running platform, uses satellite positioning technology and 3G network to connect with the domestic GIS server, realizes land and resources data information. The data acquisition, display, editing, storage and other operations completed real-time data updating to meet the requirements of land survey business.
