摘要
目的:研究超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)联合降钙素原(PCT)检测在儿童原发性肾病综合征(primary nephritic sydrome,PNS)中的价值和相关性。方法:以67例原发性肾病综合征患儿为研究组的研究对象,其中单纯型为51例,肾炎型为16例,据此将研究组分为单纯型组和肾炎型组。选取同期行健康体检的儿童67例为对照组。三组儿童在性别、年龄等一般资料方面差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。对其CRP、SAA、PCT、BUN、Cr、WBC水平进行分析。结果:单纯型组与肾炎型组儿童的CRP、SAA、PCT、BUN、Cr、WBC水平均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。单纯型组和肾炎型组在SAA、CRP、PCT、WBC方面差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:hsCRP、SAA联合PCT检测可以作为儿童原发性肾病综合征的依据,建议临床推广。
Objective To study the value and correlation of hs - CRP,SAA combined with PCT in children with primary ne- phrotic syndrome. Method In this study,67 children with primary nephrotic syndrome were studied in the study group. 51 cases of simple type and 16 cases of nephritis were divided into simple group and glomerulonephritis group. 67 children with healthy physical examination in our hospital were selected as the subjects of the control group. There was no significant difference in the general data of sex and age between the three groups (P 〉 0. 05). The levels of CRP,SAA,PCT,BUN,Cr and WBC were ana- lyzed. Results The levels of CRP,SAA,PCT, BUN, Cr and WBC in the simple group and the nephritis group were higher than those in the control group(P 〈 0. 05). There was no significant difference in SAA, CRP, PCT, WBC and N belween the simple group and the nephritis group (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion Hs - CRP, SAA combined with PCT detection can be used as a basis for children's primary nephrotic syndrome,and it is recommended for clinical application.
