双排螺旋CT在腕关节骨折诊断中的作用

The role of double slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of wrist fracture

目的:分析对腕关节骨折患者使用双排螺旋CT的临床诊断价值。方法:选取840例腕关节骨折患者的临床资料。其中400例需使用双排螺旋CT诊断,将其设置为观察组。另440例使用X线诊断,将其设置为对照组。对两组的诊断效果进行分析。结果:两组均取得较好诊断效果,观察组检出率为99. 25%,诊断准确率为97. 75%。对照组检出率为90. 91%,诊断准确率为90. 23%,经统计学分析显示,观察组的检出率和诊断准确率明显高于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:在对腕关节骨折患者实施临床诊断时,通过双排螺旋CT可取得更佳的临床诊断效果,有较高临床使用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of double row spiral CT in the diagnosis of wrist fracture. Method the clinical data of 840 patients with wrist fracture were collected. 400 eases should be diagnosed by double helix CT, and set it into observation group. The other 440 eases were diagnosed by X ray, and they were set as control group. The diagnostic efficacy of the two groups was analyzed. Results The two groups had better diagnostic results,but the detection rate （99. 25% ） and diag- nostic accuracy （97. 75 % ） of the observation group were significantly higher than 90. 91% and 90. 23 % of the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of wrist fracture patients, double row spiral CT can achieve significantly better clinical diagnostic effect, and has higher use value.
