支气管扩张合并支气管哮喘患者中呼出气一氧化氮、嗜酸性粒细胞百分比的相关性研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:测定支气管扩张并支气管哮喘患者中呼出气一氧化氮(Fractional exhaled nitric oxide,Fe NO)含量、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分比(Percentage of eosinophils in peripheral blood,EOS%),并分析两者之间相关性。方法:收集2015年11月~2017年11月新疆石河子大学第一附属医院呼吸科住院的43例单纯支气管扩张患者、45例单纯支气管哮喘患者、40例支气管扩张合并支气管哮喘患者以及40例健康体检者。对比各组Fe NO、外周血EOS%水平,并探究支气管扩张并支气管哮喘患者Fe NO与外周血EOS%的相关性。结果:(1)支气管扩张并支气管哮喘及单纯支气管哮喘组Fe NO、外周血EOS%的水平明显高于单纯支气管扩张组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);支气管扩张并支气管哮喘及单纯支气管哮喘组Fe NO、外周血EOS%的水平明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);单纯支气管哮喘组与支气管扩张并支气管哮喘Fe NO、外周血EOS%的水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);单纯支气管扩张组与健康对照组Fe NO、外周血EOS%的水平差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。(2)支气管扩张并支气管哮喘组Fe NO与外周血EOS%表达程度存在正相关关系(r=0. 620,P <0. 05)。结论:支气管扩张合并支气管哮喘患者Fe NO以及外周血EOS%表达水平升高。Fe NO和外周血EOS%可用于支气管扩张并支气管哮喘的辅助诊断。 Objective Determination the level of Bronchiectasis with Bronchial asthma in exhaled nitric oxide ( Fractional ex- haled nitric oxide, FeNO) ,peripheral blood eosinophil percentage (Percentage of eosinophils in peripheral blood, EOS% ) and to analyze the correlation. Method A total of 43 patients with simple Bronchieetasis ,45 patients with simple Bronchial asthma,40 patients with Bronchiectasis combined with bronchial asthma and 40 physical examinees in Department of respiration, the First Af- filiated Hospital of Shihezi University in November 2015 to 2017 were collected. The level between FeNO and peripheral blood was compared in each group, and the correlation between FeNO and peripheral blood EOS% in Bronchiectasis and bronchial asth- ma patients was analyzed. Results @The expression level of FeNO and peripheral blood EOS% in Bronchiectasis combined with bronchial asthma, simple bronchial asthma was higher than in simple Bronchiectasis group (P 〈 0. 05 ) ;The expression level of Fe- NO and peripheral blood EOS% in Bronchiectasis combined with bronchial asthma and simple bronchial asthma was higher than in the healthy control group (P 〈 0. 05 ) ;The expression level of FeNO and peripheral blood EOS% in Bronchiectasis combined with bronchial asthma and simple bronchial asthma not found significant difference (P 〉 0. 05 ) ;The expression level of FeNO and peripheral blood EOS% in simple Bronchiectasis group and healthy control group not found significant difference(P 〉0. 05). @ There was a positive correlation between FeNO and peripheral blood EOS% expression in Bronchiectasis and bronchial asthma group ( r = 0. 620, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The expression of FeNO and EOS% in peripheral blood was highin Bronchiectasis with bronchial asthma. FeNO and peripheral blood EOS% can be used for the auxiliary diagnosis of Bronchiectasis with bronchial asthma.
