盐酸伊托必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效观察

The effect of itopride hydrochloride in treatment of diabetic gastroparesis in observation of stomach

目的:探讨盐酸伊托必利治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效。方法:将55例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者纳入研究,以双盲法将其分为参照组(n=28)和治疗组(n=27),参照组给予吗丁啉治疗,治疗组给予盐酸伊托必利治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗效果及胃排空功能。结果:治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率为92. 59%,较参照组的67. 85%高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组患者治疗后腹胀、嗳气、恶心、便秘症状积分较参照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗组患者餐后胃面积增加值为(1. 47±0. 54) cm2,明显小于参照组的(2. 51±0. 67) cm2,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:糖尿病胃轻瘫治疗中,盐酸伊托必利能够促进患者胃排空功能恢复,治疗后临床症状明显改善,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of itopride hydrochloride on diabetic gastric paralysis. Method 55 diabetic gastroparesis patients were selected as the subjects of this study. They were divided into reference group （n = 28 ） and treatment group （u = 27） by double blind method. The control group was given domperidone treatment, treatment group was treated with itopride hydroehloride treatment, the effect of two groups of patients were compared and gastric emptying func- tion~ Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was 92. 59% ,which was higher than that of the reference group （67. 85 % ） （P 〈 0. 05）. The treatment group patients after abdominal distension, belching, nausea, constipation symptonl score was lower than the reference group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;The value of postprandial gastric area increased （ 1. 47 ± 0. 54） cm2 in the treatment group, which was significantly less than that of the reference group （ 2. 51 ± 0. 67 ） cm2 （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The treatment of diabetic gastroparesis,itopride hydroehloride can promote recovery of gastric emptying function in patients with clinical symptoms were significantly improved after treatment,worthy of promotion.
