米非司酮与甲氨蝶呤囊内注射联合治疗瘢痕妊娠的效果观察

The results observation of combination of mifepristone and methotrexate intracapsular injection in the treatment of scar pregnancy

目的:探讨米非司酮与甲氨蝶呤囊内注射联合治疗瘢痕妊娠的临床疗效。方法:将100例瘢痕妊娠患者分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组应用米非司酮治疗,观察组应用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤囊内注射治疗。结果:对照组总有效率为84. 0%,观察组总有效率为96. 0%,观察组明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组患者血HCG恢复时间、月经恢复时间、包块大小及清宫出血量均明显小于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:米非司酮与甲氨蝶呤囊内注射联合应用治疗瘢痕妊娠疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone and methotrexate injection in the treatment of scar pregnancy. Method The clinical data of 100 cases of scar pregnancy were analyzed, the control group of 50 patients, by mifepris- tone treatment,the observation group were treated by mifepristone combined methotrexate sac injection treatment. Results the to- tal effective rate of the control group was 84.0% , the total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 0% , significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. the blood HCG recovery time, recovery time men- struation ,bag piece size and amount of bleeding from uterus clearing of the observation group were significantly less than the con- trol group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with methotrexate injection is effective in the treatment of scar pregnancy.
