VSD技术结合皮肤伸展术治疗创伤性软组织缺损伤的疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究VSD技术联合皮肤伸展术在治疗创伤性软组织缺损伤的临床疗效和应用价值。方法:选取严重创伤性软组织缺损伤的患者36例,分为对照组和试验组,各18例。对照组患者实施负压封闭引流术(VSD技术)治疗,试验组实施VSD技术结合皮肤伸展术联合治疗。结果:试验组抗生素治疗时间为(15. 5±1. 42) d,对照组为(18. 4±1. 51) d(P <0. 05)。试验组创面愈合时间为(28. 5±1. 57) d,对照组为(34. 1±1. 51) d(P <0. 05)。试验组治疗天数为(32. 8±1. 87) d,对照组为(39. 4±2. 59) d(P <0. 05)。结论:VSD技术联合皮肤伸展术对创伤性软组织缺损伤患者的健康恢复更具有推动性,不仅能达到有效的治疗效果,保证患者生活质量和健康安全,还能节约治疗费用,值得在临床中广泛的应用和推广。 Objective To study the clinical efficacy and application value of VSD combined with skin stretching in the treat- ment of patients with traumatie soft tissue. Method 36 patients with severe traumatie soft tissue injury were selected as the sub- jeers of this comparative study. They were divided into control group and experimetal group, 18 eases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with negative pressure closed drainage (VSD) , and the experimental group was treated with VSD technique combined with skin extension. Results The time of antibiotic treatment in the experimental group was ( 15.5 ± 1.42 ) day-s, while the control group was ( 18.4 ± 1.51 ) day-s ( P 〈 0. 05 ), the wound healing was only (28.5 ± 1.57) days, the control group was ( 34. 1 ± 1.51 ) day-s ( P 〈 0. 05 ), the number of day-s was ( 32. 8 ± 1.87 ) day-s, and the control group was ( 39.4 ± 2.59 ) day-s ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion It shows that VSD technique combined with skin extension is more effective for the recovery of patients with traumatic soft tissue injury. It can not only achieve effective treatment effect, ensure the quality of life and health safety of the patients, but also save the cost of treatment. It is worth widely using and popularizing in the clinic.
