Objective To investigate the immunoglobulin, T lymphocyte subsets and the laboratory- indexes of complentent C3 and C4 in children with bronehopneumonia, and to explore the clinical features of the immune function of children with broncho- pneumonia. Method 60 children with bronehopneumonia were selected as the study group. 60 cases of healthy children in the same period were taken as the control group. The immunoglobulin,T lymphocyte subsets and C3 and C4 laboratory- indexes of the two groups of children were examined by the immunization rate turbidimetry- and flow eytometry. Test, and carry- on the contrast a- nalysis. Results The CD4/CD8+ ratio, CD3+ and CD4 T lymphoeytes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but the level of CDs+ T lymphocyte was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The level of complement C3 and IgM, IgA, IgG in the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the two groups of children eomplements were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no significant difference in C4 index level (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion In children with trachea pneumonia, the imnmne function of the body has obvious disorder, and the positive detection of its immune function is of important clinical significance for the follow - up diagnosis and treatment.
