摘要 以2500t电动螺旋压力机应用为背景,针对锻件离合器外壳成形时金属流动困难、打不靠、充不满等技术问题,通过在外形、拔模斜度、锻造余块、过渡圆弧和机加余量等方面进行分析,优化锻造工艺及模具设计,突破了小吨位设备精密成型大型复杂锻件的窄口,形成了独具特色的"以小搏大"的闭式精密模锻技术。掌握了锻件成形过程精确控制、可靠性模具设计等关键技术,实现了复杂锻件的精确成形,并应用于批量生产,取代了普通模锻工艺。 Took the application of 2500 telectric screw press as background,aimed at the technical problems such as mental flow difficult,failure to fight,discontent of forgings clutch shells molding and so on,the forging process and die design were optimized through the analysis of shape,inclination of the die,forging surplus,the transition arc and machining allowance.It broke through the narrow mouth of large complex precision forgings with small tonnage equipments,and unique closed die precision forging technology was gotten.The precise control of forging process and the design of reliability die were mastered,and the precise forming of complex forgings was realized and it can be used in mass production instead of ordinary die forging process.
