摘要
为了实现大型车体内部空间三维数据的快速、高精度测量,研发了基于线激光传感器旋转扫描的测量系统。详细介绍了该系统的构成与测量原理,深入分析了线激光传感器测量原理及坐标系统一的方法,并对所研发的线激光旋转扫描系统进行了数据测试及精度验证,结果表明,该系统测量精度高,测量速度快,稳定性好。
A three dimensional spatial measuring system based on laser line sensor rotating scan was developed to meas ure the big scale vehicle body inner space quickly and with high accuracy. The composition and measuring principle of the system were introduced, and the measuring principle of laser line sensor and the unified method of the coordinate system were analyzed deeply. Finally, the data testing and precision verification of the scanning system were done, which showed that the scanning system had high accuracy, faster measuring speed and good stability.
