摘要
随着兵器企业对旧有装配模式进行更新升级,在特种车辆装配过程中引入先进实用的智能化技术装备,逐步将传统"固定并行工位装配"模式改为现代化的"脉动式流水装配作业"模式,同时提出了车间行车与无横梁自立式桁架有效配合作业方式,可灵活应对装配过程中出现的物流输送应急状况,最大程度地解决了装配效率低、辅助时间长和劳动强度大等问题,为下一步智能装备和产品的应用不断拓展夯实基础。
With ordnance enterprises have also upgraded the old assembly model, intelligent equipments were introduced in the assembly process of special vehicle, gradually, the traditional fixed parallel station assembly model was changed into a modern pulsing flow assembly operation mode, at the same time, the working model of travelling crane cooperating with no bar and self standing girder, which can handle the emergency emerged in assembly process, mostly solved the problems of low assembly efficiency, long auxiliary time, and high labor intensity, and laid consolidate foundation for intelligent equip ment and product application.
