汽车草图与CAS模型的差异程度研究

目的量化造型过程中草图转换到数字模型中的差异,提供反馈给设计师。方法通过对草图和CAS模型的差异面积对比观察,拟定出草图与前期模型特征线的差异面积,通过统计差异面积变化反馈出草图到CAS模型的变化程度。结果对草图到建立CAS模型阶段的变化程度提供有意义的参考。结论草图转换到模型过程中量化统计特征线的差异程度的方法。

Objective The study on the difference degree of the model of the car in the process automobile modeling. Excessive liberalization in automobile modeling design drawing sketches at the beginning of the project brings out the different shape. The shape is not only an important reference model design phase, and the sketch phase transition to the model process of differentiation is more obvious.Methods Through the differences of sketches and CAS model area of comparative observation, work out the sketch and the previous model of the characteristic line difference area. Area through statistical difference change feedback out the sketch to the change of the model of a CAS, as a matter of degree of deformation reference of the design process; According to the statistics of 4 samples, the proportion control bias of the feature line in the drawing process is provided by the designers. Results Which provides a meaningful reference for the change of the sketch to the establishment of the CAS model stage. Conclusion The method of quantifying statistical feature lines in the process of modeling.
