分级多孔石墨烯/活性炭复合材料的制备及其电化学电容性能分析 被引量:3

Preparation and electrochemical capacitance properties analysis of hierarchically porous graphene/activated carbon composites

摘要 采用液相共混法,以酚醛树脂和氧化石墨为原料,得到氧化石墨烯/酚醛树脂复合材料,再通过高温碳化和活化工艺,制备出石墨烯/活性炭复合材料.采用循环伏安和恒流充放电测试表征其电化学电容性能,结果表明:该复合材料在0. 5 A·g-1的电流密度下比电容高达197 F·g-1,当电流密度增加到10 A·g-1时,比电容为163 F·g-1,电流增加20倍,电容保持率为83%,在0. 5 A·g-1的电流密度下循环1000次,未见容量有衰减,电容保持率为100%.这表明该复合材料具有优良的电容性能. The graphene/phenolic resin composites were prepared by liquid phase blending method using phe- nolic resin and graphene oxide as raw materials, and then graphene/activated carbon composites were prepared by high temperature carbonization and activation process. Cyclic vohammetry and constant current chargedischarge tests were used to characterize the electrochemical capacitance. The results showed that the composite had a specific capacitance of 197 F · g^-1 at a current density of 0.5 A · g^-1, and the cmTent density increased to 10 A · g^-1, the specific capacitance was 163 F · g^-1 , the current was increased by 20 times, the capacitance retention rate was 83%, and the cycle was repeated 1000 times at a current density of 0.5 A · g^-1, and no capacity was attenuated, the capacity retention rate was 100% , which indicated that the composite material had excellent capacitance properties.
