摘要
航空供氧面罩是保证飞行员正常飞行的重要部件,它能为飞行员提供纯氧气或者氧气混合气,在爆炸减压时,能及时将气体从肺部排出,本文主要针对某航空供氧面罩,介绍其工作原理,分析呼气活门的受力,同时对肺部压强PV曲线以及座舱在爆炸减压瞬间的压强变化进行分析。通过FLUENT软件仿真模拟爆炸减压过程,分析供氧面罩呼气活门的减压峰值,计算得出满足生理要求,为解决爆炸减压时飞行员生命保障提供了一定的理论数据支持。
The oxygen mask is an important component to ensure the pilot's normal flight, It can provide the pilot with pure oxygen or oxygen mixture. In decompression, the gas can be expelled from the lungs in time. This paper mainly deals with an oxygen mask for aircraft, and the principle of operation is introduced, the force of expiratory valve is analyzed, and the pressure of lung, PV curve and pressure change of cabin during explosion decompression are analyzed. Through FLUENT simulation analysis process of explosive decompression, decompression peak oxygen mask exhalation valve, calculated to meet the physiological requirements, provide theoretical data support for solving the explosive decompression pilot life support.
