摘要 近年来,各高校纷纷开设从本科到博士三个不同层次的翻译专业或方向,以此满足人才市场对翻译人才的需要。一方面,这些高等教育机构培养出来的翻译人才缓解了人力市场的燃眉之急。但另一方面,他们所培养的各种翻译人才素质和社会实际要求还存在一定差距。其根本原因是缺乏一个学理框架,指导和规范各层次的翻译专业办学,以培养合格的翻译人才。以核心素养框架为理据,通过优化师资、整合课程、混合学习和产出导向实践来培养翻译人才是一个有效的途径和发展方向。 Currently, the colleges as well as the universities have become the main force which cultivates the talents, establishing different levels of degree in translation and interpreting ranging from BTI to DTI so as to meet the needs of the labor market. On the one hand, those who are trained by higher education institutions alleviate the immediate concern to some extent. On the other hand, however, a comparatively large gap exists between the cultivated talents and those authentically needed by the labor market. Among the reasons, the fundamental one is the lack of theoretical framework, guiding and regulating translation and interpreting education to foster these personnel. An effective and efficient approach should be adopted which advocates optimization of teachers, integration of courses, blended learning method and production-oriented practices based on the theoretical framework of the key competencies.
