摘要
随着交通事业蓬勃发展,人、车、路全面协调可持续发展需求越来越大,近年来逐渐兴起的彩色路面即为现代化道路建设的有益探索。结合钢桥人行道彩色路面建设需求,重点开发彩色树脂抗滑薄层铺装技术,从结构设计、力学响应及材料性能等方面进行系统研究。重点兼顾铺装行走舒适安全性、钢桥力学性能要求以及景观效果,优选高性能树脂黏结材料和彩色抗滑骨料,保证薄层铺装良好的防水、抗滑性能及平整度,及其与钢桥面板的整体协同变形性能,从而提高铺装使用耐久性,并提升铺装与周围环境的整体景观色彩协调性。研究成果可为国内钢桥面人行道彩色铺装设计与施工提供参考。
With the booming of traffic construction, the demand for comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development among people, vehicles and roads is growing. The color pavement emerging in recent years is a useful exploration of modern road construction style. this paper developed a color resin anti-slip thin pavement technology on steel bridge walkway. It has been systematiclly studied from three aspects: structural design, mechanical response and material properties. A good waterproofing, anti-slip performance and evennessof the thin pavement can be ensured.And the overall coordinated deformation performance between pavement and steel bridge decks is improved which, can promote the pavement durability and landscape color coordination. The research results can be referred for similar engineering.
