Innovating Strategies to Train University CPC Members in New Era——Perspective of Student CPC Members in University

结合高校学生党员教育培训工作,采用随机问卷调查的方式,从培训需求角度对学生党员培训现状及效果进行深入调研。在调查结果统计分析的基础上,进一步分析学生党员学习态度和培训需求,提出以学生党员需求为导向,为构建多层次、多元化、开放式的党员教育培训体系提供一些新思路。

This paper documented a questionnaire survey to investigate student members of China Communism Party(CPC) in a university in terms of their need for training. A questionnaire was distributed randomly. The paper then made a summary of the survey statistics, and analyzed the students' learning attitude and training needs. Results indicated that to better accommodate the student CPC members' requirements for training, it is necessary to construct a need-oriented system characterized by multi-layer, diversity and openness.
