摘要
作物种质资源不仅是战略性资源,也是农业持续发展的重要保证。为了适应西藏农业的发展,科学评价西藏作物资源,持续推进西藏农业持续发展,本文根据实际获得青稞"株高、外径、壁厚和茎秆强度"4个指标数据,运用模糊聚类分析方法,开展西藏青稞资源的抗倒性方面部分评价分析工作,通过模糊聚类结果,可以将试验中的各参试青稞资源材料划分出不同的抗倒类型。本研究旨在解决资源的实际应用问题,并做出相关信息的归类和聚类结果,为西藏青稞(及其它作物)育种和生产提供强有力的数据和信息支撑。
Crop germplasm resource is not only a strategic resource,but also an important guarantee for the sustainable development of agriculture. In order to adapt to the development of Tibet’s agriculture,scientifically evaluate the crop resources in Tibet and continue to promote the sustainable development of Tibet’s agriculture,the fuzzy clustering analysis method was used to carry out partial evaluation and analysis on the lodging resistance of Tibetan barley resources. Through the fuzzy clustering results,the tested barley resource materials could be classified into different types of lodging resistance. The experimental results classified lodging resistance of different types. Purpose with the work of this paper is the practical application of resources and to categorize and cluster the relevant information,and provide strong data and information support for the breeding and production of Tibetan barley( and other crops).
