摘要
以长江中游城市群为例,将城市土地利用碳排放和污染物排放作为非期望产出纳入"规模+空间+效益"的城市土地利用效率测度框架中,使用小波神经网络、空间分异测算模型和空间回归分析法考察了城市土地利用效率的空间关联特征及影响因素。结果显示:2003-2015年间长江中游城市群的城市土地利用效率总体呈波动上升态势,但其空间差异持续扩大;长江中游城市群各城市的土地利用效率在空间上呈显著正相关,且由于不同集聚区扩散效应在空间上渗透不均衡,各城市土地利用效率的空间依赖性和空间异质性并存;在考虑空间效应的前提下,各影响因素对城市土地利用效率演变格局的作用大小和方向不同,且处于不断变化中。据此认为,要提高城市土地利用效率。
Taking the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River as research object,the efficiency measurement system of "scale + space + benefit"is designed after considering undesirable output including land use carbon emissions and pollutions to explore the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of urban land use efficiency with Wavelet Neural Network Method,Spatial Calculation Model and Spatial Regression Analysis. The results show that: firstly,the urban land use efficiency of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is on rise while spatial differences exist; Secondly,there are obvious positive spatial interrelations among urban land use efficiency in urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,and the spatial dependence and spatial heterogeneity have formed due to the uneven spatial dispersion of the diffusion effects in different agglomeration areas; Tirdly,taking spatial spillover effect of urban land use efficiency into consideration,influencing degree of each driving force on urban land use efficiency was various and changing constantly; Finally,in order to improve urban land use efficiency,more attentions should be paid to the cooperation between city development and resource use,and the government should speed up industrial upgrading and ecological protection,at the same time strengthen the investment and support backward areas.
