基于非热法结晶的高水回收率技术及其应用

摘要 针对水资源短缺和逐渐增加的工业废水处理成本以及日益严格的环保规范,提出了将新型的AquaSel非热法结晶的高水回收率技术应用于煤化工、食品饮料行业等具有高结垢风险的工业废水处理。介绍了AquaSel系统用于某煤化工公司处理排放的工业废水和生活污水中试情况,和用于某可口可乐厂处理进水产生的高盐度废水中试情况,表明单元水回收率可以达到95%以上,进而将整套系统的水回收率提高到99.5%以上,达到近零排放。 According to the water shortage, increasing industrial wastewater treatment cost and daily strict environmental policies or regulations, a novel AquaSel non-thermal crystallization technology for high-water recovery was applied in coal chemical, food beverage industry where the wastewater has high scaling risk. The pilot scale experiment of coal chemical industry discharged industrial and domestic wastewater treatment and a coco-cola plant influent produced high salinity wastewater treatment by AquaSel system were introduced, which showed that the water recovery of AquaSel unit could reach above 95%, and the water recovery of the whole process was increased to above 99.5%, achieved to near zero discharge.
