摘要
考察磁盘分离技术用于市政污水碳源浓缩资源化的可行性,通过增加粉末活性炭强化碳源浓缩系统效能,并研究中试装置长期运行稳定性。结果表明,常规磁盘分离技术碳源回收率约60%,溶解性有机物去除效果较差,强化磁盘分离技术稳定地将碳源去除率提升至75%,SCOD去除率提升至60%以上,TP去除率达90%,浓缩液COD超20 g/L。中试装置强化碳源浓缩效果稳定,具有良好应用前景。
The feasibility of magnetic separation technology was validated in pre-concentrating sewage carbon resource for resource recovery. The system concentration efficiency was improved by incorporating powdered activated carbon, and its long-term operational stability of pilot scale device was researched. The results showed that the conventional magnetic separation only achieved a COD recovery rate of 60%, which was mainly attributed to the poor recovery of soluble organics. Enhanced magnetic separation(EMS) could improve the carbon resource removal rate, SCOD removal rate, TP removal to 75%, above 60% and 90% respectively, and the COD of concentrated solution was more than 20 g/L. The pilot scale device had stable effect for advanced carbon resource concentration and has a good application prospect.
