福建某造纸制浆产业园区污水处理厂工程

摘要 服务于园区造纸制浆企业和周边集镇居民生活区的福建某造纸制浆产业园区污水处理厂,近期工程处理规模达到5 500 m3/d,其中处理工业废水采用单独的芬顿氧化+混凝沉淀预处理工艺,二级处理采用CASS生化处理工艺,深度处理采用ABFT+二氧化氯消毒处理工艺。实际运行结果表明,该污水处理厂运行稳定可靠、处理效果良好,出水COD和BOD5分别为44.6 mg/L和8.2 mg/L,SS、NH3-N、TN、TP的质量浓度分别达到8.0、3.8、8.8、0.4 mg/L,水质稳定达到GB 18918-2002的一级A标准。总投资约2 681.49万元,处理成本2.42元/m3,每年可减少排放COD、NH3-N分别约425.4、24.9 t。 The sewage treatment plant of paper pulping industrial park in Fujian province is served in the industrial enterprises and the living quarters of surrounding towns. Recently, the scale of project processing reached 5 500 m3/d. The industrial wastewater was treated with fenton oxidation + coagulation sedimentation alone, the secondary treatment was treated with CASS biochemical treatment process, and the advanced treatment process was treated with ABFT + chlorine dioxide disinfection. The actual operation results showed that, the operation of sewage plant treatment was stable and efficient,the COD and BOD5 of effluent was 44.6 mg/L and 8.2 mg/L respectively, the mass concentration of SS, NH3-N, TN and TP of effluent was 8.0, 3.8, 8.8 and 0.4 mg/L respectively, effluent quality was achieved first level A standard of GB 18918-2002. The total investment and treatment cost was 26 814 900 yuan and 2.42 yuan/m3 respectively, the emission of COD and NH3-N reduced about 425.4 and 24.9 t/a respectively.
