XP-160绝缘子串人工与自然覆冰交流闪络特性 被引量:8

摘要 绝缘子在覆冰环境下其电气性能会受到严重影响,国内外针对人工覆冰绝缘子闪络特性进行了大量研究,但对绝缘子自然覆冰以及其与人工覆冰比较的研究相对较少。为此以3片串XP–160绝缘子为例,分别在人工气候室和雪峰山自然覆冰试验基地开展绝缘子人工覆冰与自然覆冰交流闪络特性试验,分析覆冰质量m、覆盐密度(SDD)对闪络电压的影响;对绝缘子自然覆冰试验结果进行海拔校正,将校正后的自然覆冰结果与人工结果进行对比分析。结果表明:自然覆冰、人工覆冰绝缘子闪络电压均随着SDD、m的增加而降低,且雨淞条件下自然覆冰试验结果略高于人工覆冰试验结果;自然覆冰、人工覆冰绝缘子闪络电压与SDD均满足负幂函数关系、与覆冰质量均满足负指数关系,人工覆冰下绝缘子冰闪电压随SDD、覆冰质量的变化规律与自然覆冰下的相当,对于长串、其他覆冰类型、形态是否有相同结论需进一步验证与探讨。研究结果可为覆冰地区输电线路外绝缘选择与设计提供参考。 The electrical performances of insulators are greatly influenced by the severe environment of icing. Plenty of researches of icing insulators have been carried out at home and abroad. However, little research has been dedicated to flashover performance of icing insulator under nature environment and comparison of nature icing and artificial icing. In this paper, the flashover performances of nature icing and artificial icing insulators of 3-unit XP-160 insulator string were investigated and compared; meanwhile, the influences of the mass of ice m and salt deposit density(SDD) on the flashover performance of insulators were studied. The altitude to the results of nature icing was corrected. The results show that flashover voltages of artificial and nature icing insulators decrease by negative power function with the increasing of SDD, and decrease by negative exponent function with the increase of m. The corrected flashover voltage of nature icing is higher than that of artificial icing under the environment of glaze icing when SDD and m are equal. The influences of SDD and m on the flashover voltage of artificial icing insulators are similar to artificial icing. However,it is needed to further reveal the influences of type of icing, length of insulator string on the flashover voltage of nature icing insulators. The results can provide some references for the selection and design of external insulation of transmission lines under icing conditions.
