摘要
菱镁矿是提炼金属镁和生产碱性耐火材料的主要原料,随着菱镁矿资源的不断开采,可直接利用的优质菱镁矿石即将消耗殆尽,而低品位菱镁矿石需经除杂提纯方可利用。浮选法是提纯菱镁矿石最有效、应用最广泛的方法之一,因而,浮选法提纯菱镁矿的研究进展被广泛关注。利用中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中检索到的数据样本,分析了2000年1月1日—2017年12月31日菱镁矿浮选药剂、浮选工艺流程及浮选交互影响因素研究现状,根据研究现状指出存在的问题及发展趋势。对样本数据的分析表明:近年来,关于低品位菱镁矿石浮选、菱镁矿石浮选过程中交互影响因素及浮选药剂的研究较多,对选别工艺流程研究和浮选模拟研究较少。今后应加强浮选模型及浮选实践研究,不断完善菱镁矿浮选理论与实践,提高镁矿资源的利用效率。
Magnesite is the main raw material for refining metal magnesium and producing alkaline refractories,the high-quality magnesium ore is being used up with the exploitation and utilization of magnesite mineral resources,and low grade magnesium ores need to be purified before using. Flotation is one of the most effective and widely used methods for the purification of magnesite,the research progress in flotation purification of magnesite has been paid more attention. Using data samples retrieved in CNKI and analyze the present situation of research on flotation reagents,flotation process and the interaction factors of magnesite flotation from January 1 st 2000 to December 31 2017,and the existing problems and development trend has been put forward according to the current situation of research. The analysis of the sample data shows that,in recent years,there are more researches on the interaction factors and flotation reagents in the flotation process of low grade magnesite,less research on the separation process and flotation simulation. In the future,the flotation model and flotation practice should be enhanced,the theory and practice of magnesite flotation should be improved continuously,and the utilization efficiency of magnesium ore resources should be improved.
