摘要
加拿大某锡铟矿石中的主要有用元素Sn、In含量分别为0.86%和240.00 g/t。矿石中79.07%的锡以锡石的形式存在,13.95%的锡以黝锡矿的形式存在,且锡矿物嵌布粒度普遍较细,简单工艺高效回收的难度较大。矿石中赋存于黝锡矿中的铟占38.46%、赋存于闪锌矿中的铟占26.92%、以独立矿物硫铜铟矿形式存在的铟占19.23%,另有15.39%的铟以水铟矿的形式存在,粒度多小于10μm,铟矿物复杂的赋存状态决定了其回收难度也较大。为确定该矿石的合理开发利用工艺,以锡回收工艺研究为重点进行了选矿试验。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074mm占85%情况下,采用浮选工艺回收铟,浮铟尾矿采用离心选矿机预先抛尾并脱泥,预富集精矿用摇床进行分级分选回收粗粒和细粒锡矿物,摇床未能回收的、以微细粒为主的锡矿物再采用浮选工艺回收,最终获得铟品位为4 660.00 g/t、铟回收率为76.57%的铟精矿;锡品位为55.61%、锡回收率为61.57%、含铟615.00 g/t、铟回收率2.43%的摇床重选锡精矿;锡品位为18.97%、锡回收率为16.58%、含铟205.00 g/t、铟回收率0.64%的浮选锡精矿,铟、锡综合回收率分别达79.64%、78.15%,试验指标较理想。
The main valuable elements of Sn and In contents in a tin-indium ore in Canada are 0.86% and 240.00 g/t,79.07% of tin in the ore exists in form of cassiterite,and 13.95% of tin exists in form of stannite ore respectively. The size of the tin mineral inlay is generally fine which make the efficiency recovery by simple process are difficult. 38.46% of the indium exists in the form of stannite,26.92% of the indium present in the sphalerite,and the indium in form of the independent mineral sulfur copper indium ore accounts for 19.23%,another 15.39% of the indium exists in the form of indium ore with particle size of less than 10 μm. The complex state of indium minerals make the recovery of indium is difficult. In order to determine the rational development and utilization process of the ore,the test was carried out with the focus on the tin recycling process. The results show that at the grinding fineness of 85%-0.074 mm,indium recovers by flotation process. The indium tailings are pre-discarding and deslimed by centrifugal concentrator,and the pre-concentrated concentrate will be classification and separation to separate coarse and fine tin mineral by shaking table. The fine particles and cannot be recovered tin minerals were recovered by flotation process. The indium concentrate with In grade of 4 660.00 g/t,recovery rate of 76.57% was obtained;the shaking concentrate with Sn grade of 55.61%,the recovery rate of 61.57% was obtained with In grade of 615.00 g/t and In recovery rate of 2.43%. The flotation tin concentrate with Sn grade of 18.97%,the recovery rate of 16.58%,In grade of 205.00 g/t and the recovery rate of 0.64% was obtained. The comprehensive recovery rate of In and Sn were 79.64%and 78.15% respectively. The test indicators are ideal.
