摘要
针对露天矿采用人工配矿及设备调度管理存在的缺陷,利用Surpac软件建立爆堆地质模型及爆堆实体,通过Minesched软件以爆堆为单位建立地质、铲装、运输、选矿一体的配矿模型。根据实际的设备生产能力、运输路线、选厂入选矿质等要求,通过设定的目标优先级进行计算,输出详细的爆堆配矿计划及铲装设备配比,并以二维图表、三维动画结果显示每周期的作业计划、作业位置。通过在紫金山金铜矿的实际应用,表明该软件在爆堆相对固定的条件下,能够根据目标条件进行优化配矿,有效提升生产调度管理效率。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of artificial ore blending and equipment scheduling management in open-pit mines,Surpac software was used to establish a blasting muckpile geological model and a blasting muckpile entity. A comprehensive model for ore blending with integration of geology,shoveling,transportation and beneficiation was built by Minesched software with the blasting muckpile as a unit. According to requirements of actual production capacity of the equipment,transportation route,and ore grade in plant,the calculation is performed through the preset target priorities. The detailed ore blending plan of blasting muckpile and the matching of shoveling and loading equipment are given,and the operating schedule and position at each period are displayed with two dimensional chart and three-dimensional animation. The practical application in Zijinshan Gold Copper Mine showed that the software can optimize the ore blending according to the target and effectively improve the efficiency of production scheduling management under the condition of relatively fixed blasting muckpile.
