摘要
文章探索了基于现代学徒制高职服装专业人才培养的方法与路径,通过校方发挥主体作用、与项目课程融通、培养复合能力与工匠精神、灵活实施教学等手段,最终实现了学生与工作岗位的零距离对接,有效提升了学生的专业实践能力与职业素养。
This article explored methods and pathways of cultivation of higher vocational clothing talents based on modern apprenticeship system. Through playing major effect of college, transferring project course, cultivating compound capacities and craftsmanship spirit, flexibly implementing teach-ing, zerodistance connection between students and job positions had been realized finally, professional practical ability and vocational qualities of students were improved effectively as well.
