摘要 针对现有的多传感器融合系统在加工状态监测方面存在通用性较低,体积较大,以及不易安装等缺陷,通过对传感器的选择、电路的集成和上、下位机的设计,研制一种通用性较好、体积更小、安装方便的多传感器融合监测系统。该系统主要通过各类传感器采集机床的切削力、振动和主轴电流。对上、下位机程序进行了设计,结合机器算法,对传感器采集的数据信息进行处理,实现了初步在线判断功能和离线数据处理功能。 The existing multi-sensor fusion systems have the defects of low versatility in manufacturing condition monitoring,bigger size,and difficult installation.Through the selection of sensors,the integration of the circuit and the design of the slave computer,a multi-sensor fusion monitoring system with high versatility,small size was developed in this paper.The cutting force,vibration,and spindle current of the machine tools were collected by various kinds of sensors in this system.At the same time,the program of the host computer was designed.Combined with the machine algorithm,the data collected by the sensor was processed,realized decision on-line and identification algorithm.
