摘要
高速列车牵引变压器主吊梁是一种复杂的框架式吊挂结构,是重要的受力部件。结合轨道交通高速列车牵引变压器主吊梁的实际研制、生产过程,介绍了牵引变压器主吊梁的结构组成、生产工艺和焊缝质量控制,确保了焊接结构的制造质量,保证了车辆安全运行。重点研制了衬垫的结构形式和焊接方式;设计了理想的翻转式焊接工装,避免了多次装夹造成的变形不规律,提高了工作效率,减轻了劳动强度;研发了方便移除、可调节长度的加工工艺承杆。
The main lifting beam of high-speed train traction transformer is a complex frame type hanging structure,and is also the important force component.Combined the actual development process with production process of the main lifting beam in the traction transformer of the rail transit high-speed train,the paper mainly introduced the structure,the production process,and welding line quality control of the main lifting beam of transformer,which ensured the safe operation of vehicles.Mainly developed the structure and welding way of liner,designed ideal reversible welding fixtures,which avoided transformation indiscipline caused by repeatedly clamping,improved working efficiency,and relieved labour intensity.And developed the processing technic bearing rod that was easy to be removed and adjustable.
