摘要 作为近几年在国内石油行业逐渐兴起的技术,完整性管理体系的研究已经比较深入,但在技术实施方面还缺乏足够丰富的案例和可操作性强的标准做法,这就要求把RCM、RBI和SIL三大技术工具如何与典型的工业场景有效结合作为重点研究方向。简述了设备设施完整性管理技术,及其在海洋石油工业的应用现状,介绍了RCM技术的实施策略,并结合FPSO这一特殊应用场景,分析了通过RCM技术开展海洋石油生产装备完整性管理的实践做法,总结了一套技术方法,并可用于指导相似环境下的设备管理,以供同行业设备管理人员参考。 As with the gradual rise in the domestic oil industry in recent years,research on integrity management system have been more in-depth,but the implementation of this technology is still lack of enough cases and operable standard practice,which need to effectively combine three technical tools including the RCM,RBI and SIL,with the typical industrial scene as a key research direction.The equipment integrity management technology and its application in the offshore oil industry,and then the implementation strategy of RCM technology are briefly introduced.Considering the special application scenario of FPSO,the practice of offshore oil production equipment integrity management by RCM technology is analyzed.A set of methods and techniques is summarized to guide equipment management in similar scenes,providing reference to the same industry equipment management personnel.
