摘要
在飞锯锯车齿轮、齿条传动系统中,齿轮与齿条之间的润滑大多是依靠人工定期涂抹润滑脂来实现的。人工定期涂抹润滑脂费工费时,而且飞锯锯车工作条件复杂,齿轮、齿条接触面之间湿度大且灰分多,油脂易脱落。一旦润滑脂脱落或者涂抹不及时,齿轮与齿条直接接触进行干摩擦,这样不但会增加运营成本,而且会加剧齿轮与齿条的磨损。针对上述技术问题,进行了如下技术改进:利用注油泵定时、定量的在齿轮齿面上喷射润滑油,选用工业润滑油220为润滑剂,将齿轮、齿条的材质改为优质钢材40Cr钢,以使锯车齿轮与齿条之间的润滑状况得以改善。通过技术改进,不但可以减少齿轮、齿条之间的磨损量,延长设备的使用寿命,而且还能减少人工的工作量,降低生产成本,提高生产效益。
In the current steel pipe production process,the lubrication between gear and rack in the gear-rack transmission system of the flying saw vehicle is only dependent on manual regular grease painting.But manual periodic grease painting wastes workload and time,and the working condition of sawing machine is complex,high humidity and ash content between the rack contact surfaces,and what’s more,the grease is easy to fall off.Once the grease falls off or smears not in time the gear and rack are in direct contact for dry friction.This not only increases the operating cost but also will aggravate the wear of gear and rack.In view of the above technical problems,the technical improvement is as follows:injecting lubricating oil on the gear tooth surface timing and the quantity by an oil injection pump,selecte industrial lubricating oil 220 as the lubricant,the material of the gear and the rack is changed to high quality steel of 40 Cr.This will improve the lubrication condition between the gear and the rack.Thus,it will not only reduce the wear between the gear and the rack,and prolong the service life of the equipment,but also reduce the workload of manual,reduce the production cost and improve the efficiency of production.
